Senior Quantity Surveyor (Highway and Civils) - Surrey

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for one of the leading specialist civils and highways contractors in the South East.

Their reputation in the industry for not only on the manner in which they deliver their work, but also in terms of how they look after and develop their staff, is excellent. 

The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to support the Lead Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager in overseeing a key portfolio of work where the company will be acting as both a Principle and Tier 2 Contractor.  The team will comprise of 2 Quantity Surveyor’s and an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.  Project values will range from £250k to £5m, and frameworks up to £15m.

The position will involve supporting the other Quantity Surveyors but to also work closely in developing their existing client based to secure more work, competing against the National Contractors.  The suitable Quantity Surveyor will need to have a strong background in delivering NEC projects.
