Senior Quantity Surveyor (Heavy Infrastructure / Highways) - Berkshire

An exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s leading civil engineering and construction companies!

This award winning contractor has secured a major infrastructure project that has just begun earlier this year.  There is a need to take on a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the commercial lead in setting up further stages of the project and key packages, then to take responsibility in running a key section of the work.

The role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will see you work closely with the Project Commercial Director.  As a company they have an outstanding reputation in career development, with highly respected Commercial Leads within the business taking up senior positions within the likes of the RICS and ICES.

Experience / Background of the ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor for the role will be:

• Experience in highways / rail or heavy civils schemes
• NEC experience
• Ability to work under your own direction and control
• Long term team player
• Ability to manage others
• Degree qualified
• Structured career history
