Senior Quantity Surveyor (Heavy Infrastructure/ Highways)

Salary:  £60k + package, company car / allowance, share incentives, healthcare and further benefits

Based:  Reading, Berkshire

An exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s leading civil engineering and construction companies!

An award winning contractor is delivering a major infrastructure project consisting of heavy civils, earthworks, structures and complex communication systems.  In order to commercially deliver within the commercial targets set, there is a need to take on a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the Commercial Lead.  You will be tasked in setting up further stages of the project and key packages, then to take responsibility in running a key section of the work.

The role will see you work closely with the Project Commercial Director.

Experience / Background for the role will be:

• Experience in highways / rail or heavy civils schemes
• NEC experience
• Ability to work under your own direction and control
• Long term team player
• Ability to manage others
• Degree qualified
• Structured career history
