This is an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join this major infrastructure project. The role will see you oversee key sub-contract packages in the region of £10m, reporting into a section commercial lead.

Key experience in working on medium to major infrastructure projects delivered under the NEC contract is required, along with the ability to work within a team environment but at the same time independently where you will not need constant managing / overseeing.  Alongside those skills you will need to have a pro-active approach to the way you work, looking for solutions to issues arising.
