Senior Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks & RC Frames) - London

Come and join a thriving, up and coming civils contractor that is looking for you to take full autonomy over a £10m portfolio of work!

The Company:

• Up and coming civils contractor that specialises in groundworks, RC frames and structures
• Work with both main contractors and developers
• Area of operations spans all across the South East

The Role:

• Lead the commercial function of a portfolio of projects
• Visit sites once a week
• Mentor a junior member of the commercial team

The Ideal Individual:

• 7+ years’ experience on groundworks, RC frame and structures schemes
• Experience of managing projects from inception through to completion
• Ability to work under own direction
