Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks, Civils and Remediation)
Salary: to £75k + excellent package / bonus
Based: Surrey, travel when required

They have built a reputation as one of the market leaders within the ground engineering and remediation sector, having been involved in some of the most iconic and prestigious projects in the UK. Their portfolio ranges from major construction schemes through to complex civil engineering projects that will include Crossrail and Thames Tideway.
They have a role for a Lead / Senior Quantity Surveyor within their groundworks and remediation division. The works are mainly valued between £2 – 25m, with projects scattered around Greater London and the Home Counties. Dependant on the size of the contract, your role will be to oversee a major scheme or a portfolio of contracts as well as supporting the divisional Commercial Manager in running the commercial elements of the department to ensure schemes achieve their financial / commercial targets. You will work very closely with the contracts and Project Managers to gain contractual entitlement, cash flow, managing risk and ensuring the projects are reported and forecasted correctly.
