An expanding specialist groundworking contractor has recently won a £15-20m portfolio of work with a variety of clients and requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial function of these schemes.

You will have the opportunity to work under an experienced Commercial Director that has a wealth of knowledge within the groundworks sector with a unique network when it comes to relationships and successful tenders. There is a chance to be left to your own devices and see these projects from start to completion allowing you to take ownership over your own portfolio.
