Senior Quantity Surveyor (Ground Engineering / heavy infrastructure) - Surrey

A market leader, known to deliver some of the most complex engineering projects in the UK, has a role for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major infrastructure project.

The position will see you work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure the works are delivered to the commercial targets set.  Being part of a JV, you will need to form a collaborative working relationship with the other stake holders on the scheme so the role will require a Quantity Surveyor who is confident in working within a senior management team.   Although support from the companies head office will be given when required, the role will see you work mainly independently.  On that basis it will require a Quantity Surveyor that is experienced in taking projects from inception through to completion.
