Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils Framework) - West Midlands

This is a key role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a commercial lead on a £45m project, reporting into the regional Commercial Manager.  The project itself consists of high volume / low value schemes within an repairs and maintenance civils framework. 

This position would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the following background:

-Good NEC experience

-Understands the complexities of working on a reactive civil framework contract

-Ability to manage and oversee a team of 2 other Assistant Quantity Surveyors

-Looking for a long term career move

-Has a structured career history

-Happy to travel to sites within the framework
