Senior Quantity Surveyor (Airports) - West Sussex

The role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team and take a lead role in setting up, managing and ensuring key packages of work are delivered to the financial targets set.  The contracts will range in sizes from smaller / medium schemes up to £5m per project. 

You will work closely with a Commercial Manager as well as oversee 1-2 QS.  The position has excellent scope for growth for a Surveyor looking to develop into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager.

-Experience Ideally Required:

-Ideally NEC and JCT experience

-Structured career history

-Ability to mentor / oversee less experienced QS

-Good travel links into Gatwick
