The role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team and take a lead role in setting up, managing and ensuring key packages of work are delivered to the financial targets set.  The contracts will range in sizes from smaller / complex schemes through to major civils and build projects up to £50m.  This contracts will enable Gatwick airport to cope with the increasing local and international flight demand.

You will work closely with a Commercial Manager as well as oversee 1-2 QS.  The position has excellent scope for growth for someone looking to develop into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager.

Experience Ideally Required:

• Strong NEC experience
• Structured career history, having worked on contracts that are £25m+ in size
• Ability to mentor / oversee less experienced QS
• Good travel links into Gatwick
