Senior Project Quantity Surveyor - London - C

There is a rare opportunity for a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established RC Frame contractor that has been around for over 50 years. The sub-contractor has over 500 personnel within the business and are a leader in RC Frames and Groundworks as they offer all services within the sectors that they work in. The sectors they work in include but are not limited to: retail, aviation, and health, education, residential and commercial. The success of the business is reiterated by the fact that they finished nearly 1000 projects and of those projects over 80% of them are repeat business.

In terms of the projects available for the chosen Senior Project Quantity Surveyor, this organisation has just secured two large commercial RC Frame projects in Central London valued at £10m and £6m. As the lead Senior Project Quantity Surveyor you will be based on site, reporting to the Commercial Director/owner of the company and have Quantity Surveyors working under your guidance. 

What is required from the chosen Senior Project Quantity Surveyor:

• Must have done RC Frames consistently throughout career for a sub-contractor
• 5-10 years plus surveying experience
