Exciting opportunity to act as Project Manager – Utilities for a modern development in London.

The Project Manager will ensure the timely completion of multi-utility (gas, water, electricity) new connections for the scheme, bringing together all the internal and external design and construction teams, making sure that the end client is happy with project progression. 

These are the new connections the Multi-Utility Project Manager will be responsible for:

• High Voltage (HV) / electricity
• Potable water
• Waste water
• Fibre
• District heating

The Project Manager needs to have the right skills and background to ensure harmony between these various stakeholders and must have a background as a Project Manager within the utilities industry, perhaps with a utility contractor, Independent Connections Provider (ICP) or Distribution Network Operator (DNO).

The scheme still has several years to run so it offers excellent job security as well as amazing prospects for career progression.  The Project Manager will be home-based most of the time and expected to visit the site two / three times each week.
