This Housing Association is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a role based in east London.

Key duties will be:

• Project planning, budgeting and identify resources needed to manage construction scheme
• Periodic inspection of construction sites
• Ensuring documents are completed
• Dealing with stakeholders
• Ensuring the timely delivery of the project
• Communicating  with contractors for completing various phases of the project

The successful Senior Project Manager will have:

• Minimum 2 years proven senior experience
• Experience with major projects
• Strong managerial skills
• Experience in concrete frame, timber frame and in high rise buildings
• Driving licence
• CSCS card

On offer to the chosen Project Manager is a £50,000 salary along with a fuel allowance plus a bonus, there is also private health care provided.
