Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, test and commissioning and operations and maintenance (O&M) of multi-utility networks
• Contractual negotiations
• Manage commercial aspects of projects
• Health & Safety
• Liaise with various stakeholders (clients, local authorities, utility network operators, engineering departments, contractors, suppliers) to keep all parties updated and with regards projects
• Chair progress meetings and produce reports
• Site audits

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager within the multi-utilities (water, gas, electricity / HV / 11kV and fibre) sector
• Knowledge of NEC3 or JCT forms of contract
• NRSWA Supervisor
• SHEA card
• CSCS card
