They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a residential project in London. The successful Senior Project Manager will have the opportunity to progress their career with in this company.

The Senior Project Manager will be managing the projects of £10 million plus, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the project ensuring it is being delivered with in time and budget to strict safety requirements.

Successful Senior Project Manager will have:

• Minimum 10 years proven Project Management experience
• Managed project of £10 million and above
• Residential experience
• RC frame, brick cladding, ground work and finishing experience
• Complete projects from inception to hand over

On offer is a salary of £90,000 plus pension and private health care, car and fuel allowance and potentially a bonus at the end of the year. There is great potential for career progression with in this company.
