The Senior Project Manager will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects including education, commercial and residential schemes. This organisation will encourage your development, they promote from within and all the senior management team have worked there way up through the company. There will be the opportunity to identify and develop potential new business. As the Senior Project Manager you will have primary responsibility for the project and will be working on the full project life cycle from the initial feasibility study to closing out defects.

The successful Project manager will have:

• Highly developed organisational skills
• RICS Qualified
• Educated to Degree Level
• The ability to demonstrate strong project management skills gained in a similar environment
• 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• To deal with stakeholders, negotiation and influencing skills at all levels
• Experience of management of project business plans

On offer to the chosen Senior Project Manager is salary up to £70,000 plus package.
