About the Company

A hugely successful national Building Services contractor currently require a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to assist with the successful delivery of projects across the South.

Having won a multitude of industry awards boasting an order book of various projects this is a highly reputable firm to be part of. They have recently celebrated 70 years in business and have seen significant growth in that time and are set for continued success with turnover approaching £200m.

About the Role

Running 3 to 4 projects at any one time, this is a role that is sure to provide you with an interesting and varied workload. With projects from Reading to Brighton the successful PM will be overseeing works as well as being involved in the commercial aspects of costing and client facing responsibilities.

This is an exciting position where you will be joining an expanding division within a highly reputable firm.

About You

It is key that you have experience managing MEP packages £5-10million in value on projects with a £50million cost. You may be a Project Engineer/Package Manager currently running major projects for a main contractor or already a Senior Mechanical Project Manager in charge of other project managers working for a specialist M&E contractor.

Proven success of delivering projects on time and within budget is a prerequisite. A Mechanical/ Building Services qualification would be desirable and stable career history is key to be considered for this role.
