Our client are a well-respected and stable contractor in Essex. They have a need for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their dedicated M&E team to assist with developing the team and successfully deliver projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone living locally to the Head Office in Essex and will enable a healthier work/life balance.

As Senior Mechanical Project Manager you will oversee and manage the lifecycle of the projects as set out by the manager within the Leisure, Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors. This role is ideal if you are local to Essex as most of the projects will be located in Essex and North London.

It is vital that you have previous experience successfully delivering projects up to £5mil and have a solid career history working for M&E contractors.

Punctuality and ability to work to tight deadlines is key. There will be regular meetings with clients to understand their requirements and sub-contractors ensure they are fully aware of the work set out.
