This housing Association is looking for a Senior Investment Strategy Manager who will be responsible for developing long-term Maintenance Investment Strategy. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to agree an approach to maintenance investment that covers property priorities, customer priorities, affordability, value for money, deliverability, intelligent use of data, and the strategic goals.
As a dynamic, solution focused Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders and colleagues to develop; communicate; and monitor delivery of the 5-10 year Maintenance Investment Strategy. You will welcome the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of projects and working groups, responding to the continuously evolving needs of the business and its customers.
Leading a team of 3 to produce data driven investment plans; co-ordinate multiple delivery streams; and monitor delivery against the plan. Work will contribute directly to our Strategic Objectives to Invest in homes; Transform operations and continue to Grow. Improving efficiency and delivering excellent customer service.
This role includes engaging with the Senior Leadership Team, to agree the Maintenance Investment Strategy and contribute to the overall Asset Management Strategy. As well as collaborating with senior managers responsible for delivery to ensure that investment plans are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Requirements for Senior Investment Strategy Manager:
On offer to the chosen Senior Investment Strategy Manager is a salary up to £60,000 with fuel allowance, flexible working and a generous pension scheme.
