An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager specialising in Facades with one of the most successful developers in London. This employer is as busy as ever and has an opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of several projects within one of it’s flagship development schemes in Ealing.
This role is leading all processes for full envelope packages, Façade, Roofing, Waterproofing, Balconies, Maintenance Access Systems, Structural steel and all interfaces involved in these packages. With full site teams reporting in directly from each project and commercial and technical teams indirectly reporting in.
This is a great opportunity for a Façade biased Project Manager to join a project with several phases yet to start and guarantees stable employment and a fixed place of work for years to come.
Experience working on sizeable construction projects will be necessary and, given the size & duration of this project, this employer will prefer CV's which demonstrate a stable work history, having spent multiple years with previous employers respectively.
