The Company:

Well, unlike many others they have their own resources needed to complete any project and continuously invest in their own plant and materials. Along with this, they get heavily involved in the early stages of their assigned schemes, so they understand the planning and pre-construction phase of each scheme. The Role:

After being with the company for 5 years, their Senior Estimator has decided to move back home to Ireland and as a result they are looking for a replacement, an experienced individual that can ‘hit the ground running’ and bring new ideas to the company. As this is quite an autonomous role, the successful Senior Estimator will be working closely with the Managing Director for tendering targets and Commercial Manager for handovers. Jobs to be priced range between £300k-10m in value and tend to be within the M25.

The Ideal Estimator:

• 10+ years of pricing groundworks/RC frame projects
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and provide the leadership team with new ideas that can help the company to reach the next level
• Structured career history working for specialist groundworks/RC frame contractors
