Do you have extensive experience working as a Senior Estimator within commercial refurb projects?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Estimator to manage the estimating functions for a premier contractor in South West London who work on schemes ranging from £500k up to £20million.

Position

As a Senior Estimator, you will be required to prepare and control budget / cost reconciliation on residential and commercial building work.

Required criteria:
Key knowledge of the processes of structures and building
Undertake fully measured and rated take off

Developer or main contracting experience

Experience of running projects up to £10million

Excellent Communication skills

Computer literate and thorough knowledge of current forms of contract

Preferable criteria:
Degree qualified or equivalent

7+ years of experience working for a reputable company
