Formed over 40 years ago and operating from offices in London and Kent, this organisation has identified the opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join their well-established yet growing pre-construction team based in Chatham.

They have an extensive portfolio of successfully completed projects covering a range of construction techniques across all market sector - including new build schemes, maximising existing developments including ‘cut and carve’ and major structural modifications, refurbishment and the fitting out of interior spaces.

Projects range between £25k and £50m focusing on works predominantly in London and the South East, although they have undertaken a number of projects nationally for their long-standing clients.
