Senior Estimator - Demolition - Hampshire

Salary + Package: £75k +bonus, healthcare, pension, 28 days annual leave excluding bank holidays, car/car allowance.

An expanding specialist demolition contractor needs your expertise as a Senior Estimator to lead a portfolio of work!

This demolition specialist contractor is going through a period of expansion and has real plans to increase their turnover by 20% by the end of this financial year. In order to reach their target they have identified the need to recruit an experienced Estimator into their team to help achieve their company goals - is that you? 

The company:

This contractor prides themselves on their professional and safe approach and are widely-respected throughout the demolition sector. They are well accredited within the industry and have won several awards due to the varying size of projects they take on in their sector. The projects this demolition contractor are known for range in value size from £3000 up to the value of £10m, in various locations across the South East of England.  

The role:

As the Senior Estimator you will be reporting to the Contracts and Operations Director and pricing up demolition projects within the following sectors: residential, healthcare, education, industrial and infrastructure.

The ideal Estimator:

• 5+ years’ experience within Estimating and pricing demolition projects
• An ambitious attitude to play an integral part in helping a company reach their targets
