Senior Estimator - London - N

*Package: £100,000 basic salary, plus fully expensed company car or £420 per month car allowance, plus contributory pension, 28 days annual holidays (Dependent on shut down dates during Christmas time-could be more), salary review once a year. 

Based: North London.

This organisation have been providing groundwork and reinforced concrete frame solutions for over 30 years, they now have a rarely available Senior Estimator opportunity!

Your role as Senior Estimator will see you reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have the opportunity to bid on a varied range of complex and technically sophisticated RC Frame and groundwork projects in Central London/Greater London. Typically, projects are successfully secured at £ 6m and this financially secure organisation has been working with prestigious Tier One contractors and developers including Bellway Homes, Country Side, New Living Construction, Hill Partnerships and Redrow Homes. 

Their most recent success is in winning a £20m RC Frame and Groundworks residential development project.

The successful Senior Estimator will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of estimating for Reinforced Concrete and Groundwork projects in a similar or closely aligned environment.
