Senior Estimator - Surrey

*Package: £130,000 basic salary, plus fully expensed company car (BMW / Audi or £625 per month car allowance), plus contributory pension, 31 days annual holidays, performance-based bonus (10% of yearly salary) and on-site parking.

Based: South London/Surrey

A rarely available Senior Estimator managerial opportunity – with Director designate status – to run a team of successful and entrepreneurial Estimators specialising in R/C frame structures. Reporting directly to the Pre-Construction Director and the Board, you will have the opportunity to bid on a varied range of complex and technically sophisticated structures throughout London and the South East.

Typically, projects are successfully secured in the £9 - £45m value range and this financially secure organisation has been working with prestigious Tier One contractors and developers including Berkeley Group, Morgan Sindall, Mace, McAlpine, Westfields and Crest Nicholson. They have been providing civil engineering, infrastructure, groundwork and reinforced concrete frame for the past 30 years.

Successful bids in the recent past included sub and superstructure packages on West End Gate for Berkeley Homes, on Centenary Quay in Southampton for Crest Regeneration and the complex 6 storey + 2 floor basement frame construction package for Geoffrey Osborne on the London School of Economics.

Their most recent success is in winning the Westfield Stratford package, a series of 9 R/C frames structures ranging from 40 to 7 storeys of residential developments.

The successful Estimator will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of estimating for Reinforced Concrete structures projects in a similar or closely aligned environment!
