The Company:

A specialist in the delivery of groundworks and RC frame solutions for main contractors on projects ranging between £1-30m in value. They have built up a reputation for being a professional company utilising modern technology, as well as having one of the lowest staff turnover rates in the industry.

As a company their area of operation currently is in the London region with goals to further their reach out to the Home Counties. Current turnover levels exceed £50m, and their main objective is to become “London’s Premier Groundworks & RC Contractor”.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit a senior member of staff to lead their Pre-Construction team totalling to 4 members of staff, including estimators and a Pre-Construction Manager. With the owners being hands-on, they ask for their senior members of staff to get involved in making business decisions allowing the successful Senior Estimator to have full autonomy over the pre-construction division.

The Ideal Senior Estimator:

• 7+ years experience in Estimating groundworks and RC frame projects
• Structured career history working for specialist groundworks and RC frame contractors
• Ability to manage a small team with varying levels of ability
