• The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to join a fast growing internal and external refurbishment contractor based in Tower Hill
• This organisation specialises in Fit-out and Refurbishment contracts in the Commercial, Public, Industrial and Residential sectors
• They have a fast growing reputation in the industry and with a current turnover of around £7m, they have a steady forecast to achieve £12m in the next few years
• With a growing team of currently 12, this opportunity will enable you to play a key role in the development and growth of the company allowing you to achieve your own personal goals along the way

Required:

• 10+ years’ relevant experience
• Refurb / fit out experience is essential
• Previous experience having worked on retail and/or residential refurbishments
• Confident, articulate, and professional communication abilities
