The Company:

Since their inception in the late 1980’s, this award-winning company has grown significantly and now stands firm as a £50m+ turnover specialist demolition and civils delivery contractor. Although their operation reaches nationwide, their core area of work is based in Central London. This is where they deliver projects ranging between £1-15m in value for main contractors, developers and private clients. With several divisions of the company thriving, they are targeting to reach their record turnover levels in their next financial year.

The Role:

Due to recent tendering successes and targets being to grow as a company, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Estimator for their Demolition division. This will be to price schemes between £1-15m in the City. It is a competitive market so a winning mind-set for this role is essential. The successful Senior Estimator will be directly reporting to the Pre-Construction Director and working closely with the Commercial team for handovers. A Commercial Assistant/Admin Assistant will also be a direct report.

The Ideal Estimator:

• 5+ years’ experience in pricing demolition projects in London
• Competitive, winning mind-set
• Structured career history working for specialist demolition contractors
