The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employer’s Agent to join a well-established multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy to be based in Kent.

This is an interesting and varied role for an experienced Architect or Surveyor wanting to become involved in working for a very successful multi-disciplinary professional design consultancy. The role is working within the Employers Agent team and alongside the Architectural team on public sector housing and education projects from inception to completion.

With excellent possibilities for career progression optimised through tailored training plans, this opportunity will enable you to join a leading organisation ensuring you will build your own portfolio whilst expanding your industry knowledge and experience.

Required:

• Registered Architect or Chartered Surveyor or equivalent with relevant experience working for a professional consultancy
• Proven track record of performing the Employer’s Agent role, particularly related to housing or education
• Full technical ability and up to date knowledge
• Strong communication and management skills
• Strong experience in new building construction types and numeracy skills
