This Senior Contracts Manager opportunity is with a medium sized building contractor carrying out both refurb and new build in the social housing, healthcare and education sectors. This contractor have expanded continuously over the past few years and will achieve their turnover goal of £50m by the end of this financial year.
They aim to do this by bringing on a driven, hardworking Senior Contracts Manager with a strong leadership style to manage a portfolio of 3 refurbishment and new build projects worth up to £5m in value already secured.
This Senior Contracts manager position will see you undertake the planning and programming for these projects, as well as managing a team of Site Managers and Project Managers in delivering quality work. The opportunity enabling you to demonstrate your leadership, dedication and ability in order to attain the Operations Manager/Director position for your next career progression.
Ideally you will have:
• Minimum 10 years’ industry experience
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Experience on similar projects
• RICS or CIOB Membership
• Planning and Programming knowledge and experience
• Stable career background
