Salary: £75k - £100k basic depending on experience (+ package including car allowance, bonus).

An opportunity with a reputable groundworks and frame contractor has arisen for an experienced Senior Planner.

The general contractor typically specialises in delivery of various different project types with values typically between £2m – £20m. You’ll be based in their East London offices and the role will also require visiting sites as and when needed.

The business is known for being a leading groundworks and frame subcontractor in London are looking for a well experienced Programmer, ideally well-versed in Asta, P6 & MS Project.

As a Planning Manager, you’ll need to be confident and experienced with planning at both pre-construction and live project stages and will likely have junior staff reporting in to you.

Years of experience gained in stable employment for a building contractor is required.
