As the Senior Construction Manager you will play a key role on a £100 million plus commercial development. This should be done within the time scale set whilst also keeping within the budget, previous experience of this will be very advantageous!

The ideal Senior Construction Manager will have:

- A minimum of 8 years proven Construction management experience

- Experience of large scale commercial developments £50 million plus
