Salary to £80k + Car allowance + travel allowance private health + pension

As Senior Construction Manager you will be responsible for the initial groundworks phase, including archology, temp works and structures.
Once this has been completed you will head up the £35 million mixed use development, consisting of commercial office space, residential and healthcare.
As Project Lead you will co-ordinate, structure and organise the subcontractors and site logistics as well as implement the construction phase while monitoring subcontractor performance. This role as Senior Construction Manager will also involve monitoring against approved programmes and agree short term programme and sequencing.
