This role is working for one of largest Housing Organisations in London who are committed to making a real difference to the quality of life for local people by making the home environment cleaner, safer and more modern. This Organisation is looking for a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor to;

• Manage their disrepair cases
• Deal with Party Wall matters
• Work with in house and external legal teams
• Manage, investigate and resolve major complaints within time frames
• Produce reports

The successful Chartered Senior Building Surveyor will have:

• Legal Disrepair experience
• Must be a Chartered Surveyor
• Have experience working in Social Housing
• Valid driving licence

On offer is a salary of up to £45,000 plus a package made up of a travel allowance, HSF health plan and eye care scheme, flexible working hours and great career progression.
