£43,000 + package depending on experience - Building Survey - Surveying

Are you a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor?

Do you have experience in Commercial and Housing schemes?

Then this position is the ideal opportunity for you!

This organisation is looking for Chartered Senior Building Surveyor to do the following duties:

• Supervise and allocate work to the building team

• Administer building contracts from inception to completion

• Analyse budgets

• Assist with a 5 year maintenance programme

• Undertake property inspections and analyse defects

• Meet with Clients

The successful Chartered Senior Building Surveyor will have:

• Proven Senior Surveyor experience

• Must be a Chartered

• Auto CAD experience

• Driving licence (valid)

On offer is a salary of £34,000 - £47,000 along with a package including a car allowance and a bonus of up to £2,000. The chosen Building Surveyor will also be entitled to 23 days holiday a year and given the freedom to work hours suitable to them as this organisation offer their employees flexible working hours.
