This organisation based in London are looking for Senior Building Surveyor to join an established team to carry out the following duties:

• Administer building contracts from inception to completion
• Analyse budgets 
• Assist with the maintenance programme
• Undertake property inspections and analyse defects
• Meet with Clients and Stakeholders

The successful Chartered Senior Building Surveyor will have:

• Proven Senior Surveyor experience
• Experience on Commercial Schemes
• Driving licence (valid)
