Are you a Senior Building Surveyor?

Do you have experience in major refurbishments?

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity?

Then this is position is the ideal opportunity for you!

This organisation is looking for Senior Building Surveyor with experience in commercial and public buildings carrying out works from inception to completion. The chosen Building Surveyor will be working closely with Facilities Managers to ensure value for money and client satisfaction. You will need the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing reports to a variety of clients.

Successful Chartered Senior Building Surveyor will have:

• Minimum 3 years proven senior experience

• Commercial and residential buildings experience

• Driving licence

Up to £290 a day.
