The Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for a full range of duties from defect diagnosis,  document production, contract supervision and to investment appraisal for the existing portfolio and new additions. A minimum of five years’ experience  and ideally a member of a professional body with experience of managing  maintenance, improvement schemes  and large projects from inception to completion will qualify you for this role.  Mentoring and managing junior staff and property inspectors also are a key requirement.
