This career opportunity involves working with this highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy and approved inspector in the Cambridge office. They require a locally based Building Control professional who is at Senior level to join this established and growing team based in Cambridge.  The role offers the opportunity to develop and manage a portfolio of projects for a varied client base including exciting commercial and residential new build schemes.

As Senior level Building Control professional you will:

• Be able to support and mentor colleagues
• Have great client facing skills
• Have the ability to help solve client problems that occur on site in relation to Building Regulations, handling these effectively in writing, over the phone and face to face

It is highly desirable that you hold or are working towards an RICS or ABE and have experience as a Senior level Building Control Surveyor working for an approved inspector or Local Authority.
