An infrastructure solutions company that was founded over 100 years ago and is one of the oldest civil engineering companies in the UK has been given the responsibility of providing the maintenance services for a large scale water asset maintenance framework contract that has been set in motion for a period of 5 years with an option to potentially be extended for 10 years. This contractor in question will be providing the overall management and delivery of the water network which includes 96 water treatment and 575 waste water treatment sites which provides social services to 6 million people to the North West of England.
The MSP Service Desk handle a high volume of telephone contact including, emergency work orders and planned maintenance work orders from the contractor and other correspondence from a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. The environment is fast paced, target focused and committed to regulatory, and health and safety requirements.
The role demands the Scheduler to manage work orders and work within set Key Performance Targets (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to deliver outstanding customer service to the client , via phone calls from the client’s site managers and engineers, or direct transfers from the client scheduling system.
*The Scheduler role is an entry level position, and after being comfortable within this role, the aim would be that the successful candidate would be able to progress to the Technical Scheduler role*
