Repairs Surveyor - West Midlands

This Housing Association has been around for over 40 years with around 20,000 rental and shared ownership properties across England. They are looking for a Repair Surveyor to oversee the repairs and maintenance services within a defined area.  

The chosen Repairs Surveyor will be in the office one day a week and can work remotely the other 4 days. This Repair Surveyor will complete inspections of works to ensure that they meet required quality standards as well as managing external contractors and completing stock condition surveys.

Successful Repair Surveyor will have:

• Minimum 3 years proven experience
• Have a HNC or above
• A track record of delivering results
• Driving licence

On offer is a rate of up to £200 a day Limited company on a 6 month contract with a travel allowance.
