Up to: £39,000 + (Package* Company Van, Discretionary Bonus, Company pension at 3%, 28 days holiday (Increasing by 1 yearly))

Whilst being around for almost 25 years, with an annual turnover consistently over £50 million for the past few years, the reputation garnered by them in the highways and reinstatement sectors really does put them in the specialist contractor category. With a key model in place for expansion and with them winning a prestigious contract recently, the sky is the limit here and it may well be just the time to get on board with them.

The Role for the chosen Reinstatement Manager:

Reporting into the Area Contracts Manager, this role is critical to ensure the delivery of works across the region of which you are responsible. A large contract recently won guarantees a full workload, and it will be your job to ensure that all sites are complying with legislation, specifications are achieved for each site and the companies policies & procedures are followed. Your role as Reinstatement Manager will see you develop relationships with stakeholders and teams within your area of responsibility.

Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, legislations and procedures.
  • Develop relationships with your teams and stakeholders
  • Review and monitor your team’s performance, taking control of recruitment and training of your teams.
  • Ensure contractual KPI’s are met.
  • Safety critical role, ensure SHEQ regulations are met and implemented in a strict manor

Ideal qualities for the chosen Reinstatement Manager:

  • Experience in similar role within the reinstatement/ highways sector
  • Able to work both on sites and in an office environment

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS/ IOSH or equivalent
  • NRSWA Supervisor
  • NRSWA Operative
  • EUSR Passport
