Your hard work as a Recruitment Consultant will be generously rewarded, previous experience isn’t vital as we will provide you with training, development and ongoing support – working with you to identify and achieve your career goals.
Day to day tasks of a Calco Recruiter involves (not limited to):
Building, nurturing and growing your own network of professionals (making calls, sending emails, arranging meetings, attending sector events etc)
Helping people achieve their dream careers by placing them with some of the biggest companies in the construction, engineering and property sectors
Working closely with our Marketing Manager to get the most out of our online platforms and creating unique content to share on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter
We will give you all the tools to become an expert Recruiter. See yourself becoming a Principal Recruiter someday? Or managing your own team? Or want to be the go – to Recruiter for your sector? ALL are achievable here!
