A Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team on a major highways framework contract with a turnover of £70m-£90m per annum. The work will be to oversee key surfacing, drainage and traffic schemes within the framework that will mainly comprise of high volume / low value schemes.

The role will predominantly focus on post contract duties, reporting into the lead Commercial Manager. Daily duties will be to oversee key sub-contractors and then seeing the projects through to final account. 

The suitable Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following background:

• Highways experience
• Strength in site measurement
• Excellent administration of NEC contracts
• Client facing
• Hard work ethic
• Proven track record in seeing contracts through to the end
