An opportunity with a reputable Watford-based developer has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This developer specialises in the construction and sale of small and medium sized high-end residential developments.
They have a mix of project types upcoming and ongoing; some being office to residential conversions and some demo & new build developments on brown field sites. All of their work is high specification. The business successfully develop on land on the outskirts of London and inside Home Counties, they have a very good quality team in place and are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor working with other reputable developers or main contractors.
They are looking for a confident Quantity Surveyor who is able to lead simultaneous construction projects from start to finish independently. This is an office based role with the necessity to visit live projects as required which are located in Herts, West London and Surrey. Flexibility is given surrounding this and travel expenses will be paid.
Responsibilities will also include assisting with pricing projects and assisting with procurement.
Stable permanent work history spending multiple years with previous employers is essential. Unfortunately applicants with freelance backgrounds will not be considered.
