Quantity Surveyor (Piling)

Salary:  to £60k + package

Based:  Central London (EC1)

If you have a strong background within the civils sector as a Quantity Surveyor and enjoy the ground engineering complexities of construction, please read on.

A market leader within the UK piling sector has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team with the option of delivering the following:

1 – Recently awarded major contract on a mixed use project

2 – Portfolio of 3 jobs, mixture of infrastructure and build contracts (NEC and JCT)

As the Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure the works are delivered to the commercial targets set.

Supporting the Lead Quantity Surveyor for the division, the role will see you working independently managing a portfolio of projects or 1 £5m + project. On that basis it will require a Quantity Surveyor experienced in taking projects from inception through to completion. The business unit has the overview and help from a Commercial Director who has a wealth of experience, along with a reputation of growing and developing talent to the next level. This in turn offers market leading career development prospects.
