Quantity Surveyor - HS2

Salary:  £45k + package

Based:  Warwickshire, Solihull / Coleshill

If you are a Quantity Surveyor based in the Warwickshire area and interested in working on the biggest infrastructure contract since WW2 - Then we have the opportunity for YOU! 

This organisation is delivering work with their Joint Venture partner and now require a Quantity Surveyor to either oversee or assist in overseeing key packages of work that will be anything from £5- 50m. 

Part of this project involves the biggest section of work, the West Midlands route. It incorporates some of the most complex and interesting ground engineering ever done on a major infrastructure project in the UK - there is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to now join this project. 

Your role as Quantity Surveyor will see you report into and work closely with the Section Commercial Lead but at the same time take an element of autonomy over the work you are delivering.

The suitable Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following background and experience:

• £25m + package or project management experience being commercially responsible for
• Strong client interfacing skills, with an eye on spotting commercial opportunity
• Commercially astute
• Ideally degree or HND level qualification
• NEC experience
• Looking for a long term role
