They are now looking to expand their team, giving a Quantity Surveyor the opportunity to join them.

Description of the role:

The role will see you managing all costs and contracts relating to projects within the company, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will work closely with one other Quantity Surveyor overseeing highways / civils projects, enhancing value for money whilst still achieving the required standard and quality.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 5 years’ experience
  • Experience within a similar role
  • NEC3 experience
  • Good knowledge of Early warnings and CE procedures within NEC 3
  • Able to work as a team as well as using own initiative
  • Ability to use a range of IT packages including Microsoft Office and bespoke packages.
